  2. to ceep hefy you need to excise by runing,swimm, and jogging. to have a hefty hart and you get sweaty. the hart beats faster when you eat lots of good food and you can run out eneguy and need to eat again. you can get fat if you eat too much.

    bones are in the bode to help us stay up. if you don’t do this you will be fat.
